Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During product launches, promotions, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Within South Africa: 2–5 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing)
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, courier services, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Culture Cartel may offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable offers will be displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Culture Cartel cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with the courier to investigate the shipment.
While we will do our best to assist, Culture Cartel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We'll review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
